Cancellations or modifications made within 30 days of your arrival date will result in the forfeiture of the deposit or gift certificate.
Please be aware that the cancellation policy that applies is based on the current policy corresponding to your reservation's arrival date, not the reservation creation date.

Payment is due at the time of booking. You will receive a secure Square link via email or via text for payment. A 3% processing fee applies to credit card transactions. Venmo and Zelle are also accepted with no additional fee. Upon payment receipt, a confirmation letter will be sent.
Reservations are secured for late arrivals. Early arrival requests can be made on the arrival day but are subject to availability. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.
